Your culture Western weddings
The white wedding, run to the minute.
Ceremony, cocktail hour, speeches and a first dance. A Western-style day looks simple and runs on a tight schedule. We plan it and run it so you only have to show up.
For couples planning a white wedding, whatever their background.
01The events
What the weeks look like.
Every family does it differently. We ask before we assume.
-
The ceremony
Church, civil or outdoor
In a church, at the venue or in a garden. We plan the timing, the seating and the sound, with a rain plan for outdoors.
-
First look and bridal party
A quiet first look, then photos with the bridal party. We build the photo schedule so nobody is late for the aisle.
-
Cocktail hour and grand entrance
Drinks while the room is turned, then the couple and the bridal party make their entrance. We cue the music, the doors and the MC.
-
Speeches and first dance
Toasts
We set the order of speeches, brief the MC and cue the first dance with the DJ.
-
Cake cutting and bouquet toss
We time the cake with the photographer and clear the floor for the toss.
-
The send-off
Sparklers, petals or bubbles as you leave. We check what the venue allows and have the car waiting.
Guests should see the first dance, not the timeline behind it.
02What we handle
Planned, booked and run by us.
All through one coordinator. The details that come up most at Western weddings.
- Venue booking and ceremony timing
- Decor and florals for the ceremony and the reception
- The cake, through bakers we know
- Cars for the couple and the bridal party
- Sound, DJ and an MC for the speeches
- A run of show for every part of the day
